Financial Aid for Tuition
Through Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program,
BACA has obtained tuition funding for both PreSchool and K-12 students.
NOTE: The amount of funding is not guaranteed and the award % is impacted by the number of qualifying applicants.

How To Apply
Submit an application through the FACTS Family Portal.
Click on the "Financial" tab,
then click "Apply for Grant & Aid".

A $45 application fee will be due at the time of application.
​
Preschool applications are due by May 31
and K-12 Applications are due by Aug 15.
Any applications received after this date may be considered, but no guarantee of funds is provided.
FOR NEW YORK RESIDENTS


Machuga Scholarship Fund
Due to state regulations, New York state residents are not able to apply for PA EITC scholarship funds. However, we have an in-house scholarship fund that has been established for New York residents to apply for tuition assistance.

To apply for aid, please submit an application through the "Grants and Aid" section of the FACTS Family Portal by September 30th. The application fee is $45/application.

Consideration will be given to families experiencing special financial circumstances — job loss, natural disaster, sudden or prolonged illness, etc. If your family has a special circumstance you would like taken into consideration, please email a note of explanation to Mrs. Panek at michele.panek@bacaacademy.com.
