• Providing students with an excellent, Christ-centered education founded upon a biblical worldview, discipling the minds, hearts, and hands of students.

• Planning and teaching grade and age-appropriate programs of study in all subjects and according to the scope and sequence of BACA, to meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students and provide for creative teaching to reach the whole child - spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.

• Introductory salaries based upon individual experience and level of education.
